What You’ll Take Ownership Of

1. Partner closely with the Administrator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across resident care, staffing, financial oversight, and compliance.
2. Help shape, refine, and implement policies that meet and exceed federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
3. Work with department leaders to build staffing plans, manage budgets, and keep quality assurance efforts on track.
4. Champion a positive workplace culture—supporting, motivating, and developing staff while fostering teamwork.
5. Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and community partners to strengthen satisfaction and engagement.
6. Participate in care planning to ensure residents receive timely, appropriate, high-quality care.

What You Bring

1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field OR
2. RN license in good standing in the state you are working
3. Preferred - Active Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
4. At least 2 years of leadership experience in a long-term care environment.
5. Solid understanding of state and federal nursing home regulations.
6. Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities.
7. A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents and supporting the teams who care for them.
