AutoCAD Technician with drafting experience - Houston, TX What are we looking for? The
AutoCAD Technician with drafting experience is responsible for supporting the Industry Services business by working in conjunction with engineers and inspectors to create technical drawings for various projects based in our Houston, TX location. This is a P/T casual position.
Salary & Benefits Information Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. What you'll do: - Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software based on rough sketches and/or specifications provided by engineers or inspectors
- Update & modify drawings based on feedback and project changes
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and team members to ensure drawings are accurate and complete.
- Ensuring all drawings follow industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: - Strong understanding of AutoCAD software and how to use it for drafting and design.
- Ability to create very detailed and accurate drawings.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Efficiently manage time and meet deadlines.
- Valid TWIC card
Preferred Requirements & Qualifications: - 3+ years' experience in the oil & gas refinery industry
- Excellent focus on detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
- Relevant certification in CAD drafting
