Job Description

The Busser plays a key role in creating a seamless and refined dining experience at our high-end restaurant. This position supports the service team by maintaining a clean, organized, and polished dining room while anticipating guest and server needs with grace and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain immaculate table settings between each course and guest seating.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and discreetly, ensuring a smooth service flow.
• Assist servers by refilling water, bread, and other table accompaniments.
• Polish glassware, silverware, and plateware to the restaurant’s standards.
• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
• Support servers and food runners during peak periods.
• Maintain awareness of guest needs and communicate effectively with the service team.
• Uphold all cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Execute duties with professionalism and attention to detail befitting a fine dining environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in upscale or fine dining preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs safely.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift.
