• Leverage social media and digital platforms to enhance property visibility and engage with a broader audience effectively.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License.
• Experience in sales, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to understand and evaluate commercial real estate market trends and property values.
• Proven track record of negotiating favorable terms and closing deals efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to guide clients through buying, selling, leasing, or investing processes.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote properties.
• Ability to leverage social media and digital platforms to enhance property visibility.
• Willingness to obtain a real estate license if not already licensed, demonstrating commitment to the field.
