This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service and expert regulatory guidance to League partners and their affiliated financial institutions, providing high-quality solutions, education, and consultative support to help our partners navigate an evolving regulatory landscape. Salary Range: $70,000-$87,000. Commensurate with experience. *Open to candidates based in Iowa or fully remote living within US time zones. What You'll Do Respond to client compliance questions and consulting requests with accurate, timely guidance. Keep up to date with state and federal laws and regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliated members and partners. Provide compliance education and thought leadership through blogs, webinars, and events. Present at compliance and partner-related meetings and conferences. Support policy and procedure development, marketing and disclosure reviews, and risk mitigation guidance. Collaborate with the audit team on special projects. Provide coverage for ViClarity's compliance hotline as needed. Who You Are 35 years of compliance experience within a credit union or financial institution. Certifications such as NCCO or CRCM or willingness to obtain within a year. Solid understanding of financial institution operations and relevant state and federal regulations. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills (in-person and virtual). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with all organizational levels. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
