Shift: Mon-Fri 07am-04pm

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: 63110

Pay: $25-$28/-Hour

Duties:

• Assist with plumbing, repairing, and installing structures on residential and commercial sites.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, grinders, etc.).
• Prepare worksites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring safety measures.
• Mix and pour concrete, backfill trenches, and assist in framing and carpentry work.
• Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, and skilled tradespeople.
• Perform basic measurements, cutting, and assembly tasks.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and machinery in good working condition.
• Adhere to all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and hazard-prevention procedures.
• Support skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and operators.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
• Prior construction or general labor experience (preferred for many roles).
• Knowledge of basic construction processes and equipment operation
