Description We are looking for a talented Copywriter to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will craft compelling and audience-focused content tailored for physician audiences, while maintaining brand consistency and clarity. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with technical experts and creative teams, ensuring innovative and compliant messaging across various platforms. Responsibilities: - Develop engaging content that aligns with brand identity and messaging for web, digital, social, print, video, and event communications. - Simplify complex medical and engineering concepts into clear, audience-focused copy in collaboration with design, digital, and product teams. - Edit and enhance copy from other writers and agencies, ensuring consistency, clarity, and adherence to established communication standards. - Collaborate with design, digital strategy, and product teams to optimize the delivery of content across multiple channels. - Advocate for and maintain brand voice, ensuring uniformity across all communication touchpoints. - Contribute innovative ideas and storytelling approaches to support campaign strategies and creative problem-solving. - Adapt creative content to meet specific legal, regulatory, or technical requirements, balancing compliance with creativity. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Life Sciences, or a related field. - At least five years of copywriting experience targeting physician audiences. - Proven experience in medtech, pharma, or other science/technology-driven industries. - A portfolio showcasing a wide range of conceptual work, including both concise headlines and long-form storytelling. - Familiarity with digital content best practices and effective marketing strategies. - Strong editorial skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and brand consistency. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside technical experts, strategists, and creative professionals. - Enthusiasm for writing within regulated environments where precision is crucial.
