SCOPE
Maintains building and grounds by providing housekeeping, grounds keeping, and office keeping.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties may include trash pick-up, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, detailed restroom cleaning, office cleaning, floor waxing, window cleaning, prepare and set up of rooms for breakfast, lunches and other duties assigned as required by the business.
Physical requirement consists of standing, walking, repeated bending, lifting on a regular basis for 8+ hours a day.
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
English/Spanish bilingual preferred
1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
Neat in appearance
Basic safety knowledge
Reliable and punctual
Attention to detail
Self-motivated
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
