Corporate Access plans and manages equity conferences, non-deal road shows and other subject matter expert, issuing corporation executives and institutional investor engagements. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Liaise with company management teams, equity research and institutional sales to develop and execute corporate access events. 2. Effectively market Corporate Access events internally to research sales and sales trading. 3. Work closely with research sales and sales trading to monetize Corporate Access events. 4. Assist with the preparation of corporate and investor briefing books with the ultimate goal of increasing Corporate Access events. 5. Quick learner of technology and the ability to multitask The annual base salary for this position in New York is between $110,000-$125,000 **General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation:** All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
