Jeff Wilson Pool Service in Naples, FL is looking for Pool Repair Tech's to join a strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

*Starting Pay $25-$30hr based on experience. *We offer Health, Dental and Vision insurance after 90 days. 401K with 4% company match, disability and life insurance (50K) is available after 1 year.

Qualifications:

Experienced knowledge of pool maintenance, pool equipment, plumbing, and automated pool control systems.

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening.
• Must have a valid Florida driver's license with 3 years driving experience.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Ability to work in harsh weather conditions.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose issues with the swimming pool equipment. And provide solutions to each job they are assigned.
• Successfully communicate solutions to clients, completing the solution in an efficient manner, and following all established protocols and sharing any lessons with rest of the repair team.
• Handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering quality service.
• Manage a daily schedule of equipment repairs.
• Install and repair pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, valves, PVC plumbing, and galvanized plumbing on gas hookups.
• Skillfully use a voltmeter for 110-volt to 220-volt electrical equipment.
• Manage an inventory of equipment on the truck and properly utilize and replenish the inventory when needed.
• Provide verbal quote to client while on site and communicate all information to office for typed proposal.
• Promote a safe culture and environment.
• Attend monthly safety meetings.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical automation systems to find the root cause of the problem.
• Proficiently plumb in components efficiently and clean without affecting water flow.
• Comprehensively communicate issues internally to promote company growth and camaraderie.
• Represent Jeff Wilson Pool Service, Inc. as a team player in a professional, honest, and competent capacity.
• Complete all other duties as determined by Director of Operations.
