Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Field Service Technician** based in Tacoma, WA to join their team and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate must have a reliable vehicle, valid license, and a clean MVR. **Duties and Responsibilities** **:** + Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals + Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems + Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups + Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed + Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs **Skills and Qualifications** **:** + Associate's degree or its equivalent preferred + CompTIA A+ certification (can obtain within 6 months of hire) + Minimum 0 to 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area preferred + Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures + Performs a variety of complicated tasks + Works under immediate supervision + A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required + Must have strong people / customer service skills and be able to build relationships and rapport + Strong written, communication, and documentation skills + Must be able to work independently, is self-motivated and self-disciplined, and not afraid to ask questions if unsure about something **Wage Range** : The rate for this position is between **$20.70 - $28.75 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. **Benefits** **:** The Company offers a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, disability plans, Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays (up to 6 days annually), paid time off (minimum of 10 days annually), paid parental leave (minimum of 10 days annually), 401(k), FSA/HSA pre-tax benefits.
