As a Human Resources Intern youll play a vital role in supporting the HR team to help build a strong inclusive and compassionate workplace that reflects our commitment to enhancing lives across North Carolina and Virginia.

Position details: Monday Friday between 8 am-5 pm

Location: Raleigh

Compensation: $12$15/hour

Your Role in Our Mission

As an HR Intern youll support a wide range of HR functions while learning directly from experienced professionals. You will gain exposure to core HR practices and contribute to meaningful projects including:

• Recruitment and onboarding support
• Employee engagement and training initiatives
• Compliance and documentation processes
• Researching HR best practices and policies
• Providing general administrative support for HR projects

What Were Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects and maintain confidentiality
• Enthusiastic about teamwork and supporting others
