We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting HR and administrative functions for our Hartford Division while reporting to the Director of Human Resources. The manager will supervise the HR Generalist and may assist with other administrative staff. This position requires full-cycle recruitment for both exempt and nonexempt roles and involves collaboration with union partners and management on labor relations.
ResponsibilitiesThis position operates in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment that functions 24/7/365. The role is based in Hartford but requires travel to other divisions as necessary. Flexibility with schedule, including availability for nights and weekends, is essential for success in this role.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartford, CT. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $44.23/hr.
