Your Role

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems with precision.

• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running strong.

• Build trust with clients, recommend solutions, and close opportunities we can deliver.

• Install copper lines, duct systems, and gas lines when needed.

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and future work.

• Log jobs accurately in ServiceTitan and order parts as needed.

• Assist teammates to keep projects on track and clients happy.

What It Takes

• 5–10 years as an HVAC Service Technician.

• Proven ability to solve problems and generate revenue through client-focused solutions.

• EPA Type II certification preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and service schematics.

• Comfortable with tablets/smartphones for dispatch and reporting.

• Valid driver’s license, clean record.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; willing to travel as needed.

• Bonus: ServiceTitan experience, OSHA training, NATE certification.
