Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and analytical Junior Power BI Developer to join our growing data and analytics team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in data visualization, business intelligence, and report automation using Microsoft Power BI.
You will receive on-the-job training, real-time project support, interview preparation, and continuous career guidance to help you build a strong foundation in Power BI development and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and transform raw data into meaningful insights.
Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.) and optimize data models for performance.
Implement DAX queries, measures, and data transformations using Power Query (M language).
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visual clarity across all dashboards.
Collaborate with the data team to automate reporting processes and support ad-hoc analysis.
Participate in real-time projects, data storytelling exercises, and career preparation sessions.
Required Skills
0-2 years of experience in Power BI or data analytics.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design.
Familiarity with SQL, Excel, DAX, and Power Query (M).
Basic knowledge of data modeling and ETL concepts.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
