J&J Landscape Management is seeking an organized, proactive Project Manager to oversee landscape construction and enhancement projects from start to finish. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, on budget, and to J&J’s quality standards while delivering a great client experience.
Manage multiple landscape projects simultaneously
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress
Serve as primary point of contact for clients during construction
Track schedules, budgets, and job costs
Manage change orders and project documentation
Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
Collaborate with crews, sales, and operations teams
3+ years in landscape construction or project management
Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
Knowledge of hardscape, planting, drainage, and related work
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Valid driver’s license
Projects delivered on time and on budget
High-quality workmanship and safe job sites
Clear communication with clients and crews
Strong margins and satisfied clients
