Our med spa is seeking skilled, compassionate, and client-focused Licensed Estheticians to join our newest location. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in skincare and cosmetic procedures with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for client care. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating an exceptional experience that enhances confidence, wellness, and results for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of facial and skincare treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, body treatments, and cryotherapy , ensuring safe and effective results for each client.
- Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and consultations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique skincare needs and goals.
- Recommend professional skincare products and design at-home skincare routines to enhance and maintain treatment results.
- Educate clients on proper skincare practices, pre- and post-treatment care, and overall skin health maintenance.
- Evaluate and document clients' skin conditions , identifying concerns such as sensitivities, allergies, or contraindications, and adjusting treatments accordingly.
- Maintain accurate client records , tracking treatment history, progress, and outcomes to ensure consistency and care quality.
- Ensure a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment , following strict hygiene and sterilization protocols for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas.
- Uphold all legal, ethical, and professional standards , ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Current Esthetician license.
- Experience in medical esthetics
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
