LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR (LPC-S)

$6000 sign on bonus offered!!!

Location: Okemos, MI

Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Typically, 9 am to 6 pm with some evening work if needed to accommodate patient schedules

Compensation: $51,000 to $65,000 - based on experience

Our client is looking for a passionate LPC with certification to supervise to join their dynamic team and provide impactful, in person mental health care to all ages and diverse communities. What You'll Do:

• Provide individual, group and family counseling
• Conduct assessments and diagnose using DSM-5
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for best patient outcomes
• Stay current on all CMH required trainings
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Record, Human Resource Management System (HRMS), MI Bridges (MDHHS), SOS System
• Provide referrals when needed to community resources or other health providers

What You Bring:

• Master's degree in counseling or related field
• Active LPC license for the state of Michigan with certification to provide supervision, or willing to get certified
• 1 year of experience working with children
• Ability to work with diverse populations and all ages
• Strong diagnostic, communication and organizational skills
