Medical Director – Greater New Haven, CT #5029
We are seeking a veterinarian to lead a well-established team as Medical Director. This is an AAHA-accredited, full-service small animal practice in Greater New Haven in Connecticut. In addition to wellness and preventative care, the facility offers pain management, dental care, routine and advanced surgery, hospitalization, x-ray, blood testing, acupuncture, and more.
This is a team that has worked together to rebrand the practice and focus on client service and exceptional patient care. High quality care is their priority, and the team is top-notch. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to make a practice their own and lead the team into 2022. We are looking for a DVM leader; an individual who can make decisions based on client service with patient care. The successful candidate will be the one who can lead a medical team, direct support staff, and implement specific medical protocols that the team can follow.
Compensation/Benefits: They pay structure can be straight salary, straight commission, or a combination pro/sal – it is your choice! Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, dues and fees, life insurance, short and long term disability, professional liability, employee discounts, and CE reimbursement. (Compensation: $90,000 – $140,000. Compensation may be negotiable.)
