**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** Full Time Medical Records Clerk needed for Mercy Home Health in Springfield, PA. This is a hybrid position working mostly remote. Must be local. The Medical Records Clerk is responsible and accountable for the processing of all digital documents to patient records, Compile records for Insurance audits, and logging requisitions. Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday.
