Job Description

Position Title: LTE Integration Engineers Location: Atlanta GA, Texas and California. Contract Length: 6 months (Possibility of Extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform site integration, commissioning, and on-air activation of Nokia LTE eNodeBs (AirScale / Flexi platforms).
• Execute end-to-end NodeB configuration , including transport setup (S1/X2), parameter loading, and license verification.
• Use Nokia tools such as NetAct, U-Link, BTS Site Manager, OSS , and AMOS for configuration, health checks, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct pre-integration , integration , and post-integration testing to validate site functionality and network KPIs.
• Collaborate with RF, Transport, and Core teams to ensure smooth rollout and timely resolution of integration issues.
• Analyze integration logs, alarms, KPIs, and system counters to identify faults and drive corrective actions.
• Perform software upgrades, script execution, and commissioning tasks using Nokia-specific procedures and MOPs.
• Emphasis would be on installation, integration and commissioning.
