Job Description:
Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI and supporting the administration of the Microsoft Power BI/Fabric service.
This role translates business requirements into visual dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making and additionally ensure the uptime of the Microsoft Power BI/Fabric infrastructure.
Responsibilities: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Connect to various data sources and transform data using Power Query and DAX.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver intuitive visualizations. Optimize performance of data models and reports for large datasets.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI solutions. Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of BI assets. Maintenance and support of the Microsoft Fabric capacities, Power BI service, and Power BI Gateways.
Skills:
Proven experience with Power BI, including Power Query and DAX.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases. Experience with Power BI Gateways.
Experience with built in deployment pipelines and familiarity with GitHub Enterprise integration a plus. Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
Familiarity with Azure services, Power Platform, Databricks, or other BI tools is a plus. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills..
