CTG is seeking a talented Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for our electric utility client. This role transforms complex operational and customer data into actionable insights to support grid modernization, advanced analytics, and customer engagement initiatives. **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 12 months **Key Responsibilities:** + Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business decision-making. + Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable visualizations. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions. + Optimize data models and implement efficient DAX calculations. + Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to visualization best practices. **Required Skills:** + Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. + Proficiency in SQL and relational databases. + Knowledge of data visualization principles and dashboard design. + Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. + Experience in the electric utility or energy sector is a plus. **Experience & Education:** + 3-5 years in Power BI development or BI/analytics roles. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
