Responsibilities:
• Start your real estate career with a strong foundation in client outreach, appointment setting, and contract preparation.
• As you work toward obtaining your South Carolina real estate license, your main priority will be attracting and engaging new clients.
• Our advanced real estate CRM system keeps you organized, streamlines your sales pipeline, and ensures consistent follow-up with leads.
• We fully sponsor your real estate education and offer a clear, structured pathway to help you transition smoothly into a high-performing sales role.
• Once you pass your licensing exam, you’ll move into our accelerated training program—built to develop top-producing agents with six-figure earning potential.
• Enjoy the flexibility to work with clients on both weekdays and weekends, as adaptability is essential for long-term success in real estate.
• Throughout your journey, you’ll work closely with Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment committed to your professional development.

• Tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate CRM platforms and digital productivity tools with ease.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, paired with a natural ability to build trust and genuine relationships.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring every client interaction is accurate, clear, and professional.
• Confident and polished on the phone, supported by excellent in-person presentation skills.
• Consistently maintains a positive, respectful attitude and delivers a high-quality, client-centered experience.
• Motivated, persuasive, and goal-driven, with a passion for surpassing performance expectations.
