Now hiring a qualified RN / Registered Nurse with Corrections, Psychiatric or related nursing experience.

Corrections RN / Registered Nurse Pay:

• $2,182 weekly gross working 36 hours.
• Plus travel bonus to assignment.
• Local pay packages also available.
• Weekly Direct Deposit every Friday.
• W2 position with benefits Available; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Schedule and Timeline:

• Now hiring for ASAP start date.
• 13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend.
• Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process with in-house experts.
• 36-hour work week with potential to pick up overtime.
• 12-hour shifts.
• Choose between days or nights.

Corrections RN / Registered Nurse Job Details:

• Provide healthcare services to inmates.
• Conduct health assessments, screenings, and medical evaluations.
• Conduct paper charting - this facility is fully paper charting.
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, documenting all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care to stabilize patients in critical situations.
• Educate inmates about health issues, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications to improve their overall well-being.
• Participate in health promotion and disease prevention programs within the correctional facility.
• Treat inmates for chronic health issues, trauma, infection, and substance abuse.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of patient care.
• Collaborate with correctional staff to address security concerns while delivering patient care.

Corrections RN / Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• WI or Multistate RN License in good standing.
• Clean background check upon hire.
• Active BLS certification.
• Strong experience in correctional setting.
• State psychiatric experience can be qualified as well.
