We are seeking a Remote Clinical Documentation Assistant to support our healthcare team by organizing patient information managing digital records and ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date**.** We provide full training for candidates who are motivated detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Tasks

• Enter patient information into electronic medical record systems (EMR/EHR).
• Review documents for accuracy completeness spelling and formatting.
• Organize upload and label digital files and patient forms.
• Track records and follow up on missing information.
• Assist healthcare providers with managing documentation workload.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive patient data.
• Communicate via email and internal systems with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• US applicants only. MUST be based in and authorized to work in the US.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Interest in building a career in healthcare administration
• Familiarity with digital filing systems such as Google Drive OneDrive or SharePoint
• Understanding of medical terminology (a plus but not required).
