Responsibilities:
• Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople
• Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner
• No cold calling. All candidates are provided - you text, email, and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Possesses a real estate license or is willing to get one • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
• Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
• Great phone voice and attitude
• Works well independently and is a great team member
• Strong work ethic and great money motivation
