We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior iOS Engineer to join our remote team based out of Austin, Texas. You will be working on critical components of our consumer tech-focused apps, which are used by millions of social media users, digital content creators, and mobile-first consumers worldwide. Our engineering team is committed to excellence and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.

Position Overview

As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our iOS apps. You will work closely with our product team to define and implement key features, ensuring the highest level of user satisfaction. You will be critical in driving our mobile-first approach and will play a significant role in shaping the user experience of our product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, and debug iOS applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement app features.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of our iOS apps.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an iOS developer.
• Proficiency with Swift and Objective-C.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
• Apple Developer Certification and Mobile App Security Certification.
• Proven experience with remote work tools and practices.
• Strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Mobile Developer and React Native Certifications.
• Experience with App Store Connect, Jest/Detox, Flutter/Dart, Fastlane, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Experience with performance and memory tuning tools.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Proficiency with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
