Reporting to the Cigna Pharmacy Product Strategy Director and working as a key member of the team, this role is responsible for guiding, coaching and mentoring CPM Product Strategy and Management team members, including Advisors and Sr. Advisors. This is a part-time role without direct reports.
Responsibilities:
The role will include guiding, coaching and mentoring Advisors and Sr. Advisors as they define strategies, propose initiatives for enterprise funding, and execute strategies. The person filling this role must have extensive knowledge of Cigna Health Plan medical, behavioral and pharmacy benefits, as well as market dynamics and internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the person filling this role should have experience collaborating across the Cigna enterprise, including coordination with Evernorth.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
10+ years experience within Cigna Health Plan, including experience across plan benefits (medical, behavioral, pharmacy) and collaborating with Evernorth
Familiarity with CHP’s Channel Product strategies for retail, HD and specialty channel management; familiarity with HD and Accredo growth strategies
Familiarity with Social Determinants of Health
Excellent analytic, written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly translate ideas and insights into presentation-ready documents
Strong financial, analytic and quantitative skills; strong data-driven decision making
Strong business, industry and regulatory analysis skills
Familiarity with federal/state regulations related to pharmacy benefits
Comfort with complex systems and processes
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong coaching/mentoring skills
