Now Hiring: Party Chief / Field Crew – Land Surveying

A Florida Land Surveying Company , a trusted and steadily growing land surveying firm operating throughout Florida since 1996, is expanding its field teams. We now provide professional surveying services in more than 30 counties across the state and are actively seeking skilled Party Chiefs and Field Crew Members in all counties we serve.

About the Role

Join a field-focused team performing a wide range of survey types, including:

• Boundary Surveys
• ALTA/NSPS Surveys
• Topographic Surveys
• NHWL / 100-Year Flood
• Tree Location Surveys
• Elevation Certificates

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain GPS units, Total Stations, and data collectors
• Collect accurate field data and produce clear, legible field notes
• Interpret legal descriptions, plats, and stake-out sheets
• Work efficiently in outdoor environments across various project types

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience with survey instruments and field procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
