We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager, Senior Tax Accountant and Staff Tax Accountant to join our team and make a lasting impact on local businesses! Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and file federal and state tax returns, including Limited Liability Companies, S Corporations, C Corporations, Trusts/Estates, tax-exempt, individual taxpayers, and multi-state businesses.
• Provide insightful tax planning advice and support clients in making informed decisions.
• Review and approve the work of junior staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, sharing your knowledge with clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and respond to their inquiries, proactively addressing any tax issues that arise.
• Manage multiple tax projects and meet deadlines, all while maintaining a high level of quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Licensed CPA or CPA candidate pursuing license
• Experience in tax preparation and planning, with a track record of success.
• A deep understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations, and a passion for staying current.
• Strong analytical skills and a creative problem-solving approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex tax information to clients.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, while keeping a keen eye on deadlines.
