We’re looking for a motivated professional who is eager to grow with our credit union and make a real difference in the lives of our members. This role combines in-branch and call center responsibilities—perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping members achieve their financial goals.
What You’ll Do
Be the friendly voice answering member calls—taking orders, answering questions, handling concerns, and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, money orders, and cash advances while balancing your cash drawer with accuracy.
Open and close accounts: checking, savings, IRAs, term share accounts, and more.
Assist members with account maintenance and resolve problems—or connect them with the right team when needed.
Guide members through loan and credit card applications, ensuring accuracy, gathering documentation, and reviewing loan terms and options.
Cross-sell products and services—especially lending solutions—that benefit members’ financial needs.
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures while maintaining the credit union’s trusted reputation.
Perform side tasks and support your teammates so the branch and call center run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience : 6 months–2 years in a similar role (teller, financial services, or lending).
Knowledge : Teller operations, consumer lending practices, credit union products and services, regulatory standards.
Skills :
Excellent communication, interviewing, and people skills.
Ability to cross-sell and engage members.
Strong math and analytical abilities.
Ability to multitask across transactions, loan processing, and service inquiries.
Professional appearance and attitude.
