Location: Pataskala, Ohio Pay Range: $25-35/hr. (based on experience). Monday – Friday, 1 st Shift. 40hrs/wk. The Window & Door Installer is responsible for the installation and warranty service for window and door products. The Installer works under the general direction of the Window & Door Department Supervisor.
Day to Day: - Analyzes jobsite prior to beginning a job to ensure that quality installation/repairs can be done.
- Repairs assigned warranty products using the appropriate tools.
- Inspect window and/or door for defects prior to installation
- Track and monitor inventory supplies monthly
- Position may require pushing, lifting, carrying and moving material in excess of 100 lbs.
- Create and support a safe work environment.
- Ensure that customers are treated respectfully.
- React to problems and customer complaints in a patient and understanding manner.
Skill Set: - 1+ years of previous experience installing and repairing windows and doors is required.
- Strong knowledge of building materials and tools
- Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work under time constraints
- Possess strong math skills
- Ability to follow directions both written and verbal
- Ability to climb ladders up to 32'
