Wheel Tire Prep Tech Salt Lake City, UT Wheels of Utah Full-Time This position focuses on careful preparation, inspection, organization, and packaging of wheels and tires. You’ll work independently and with the team to maintain clean workflows, consistent product standards, and accurate inventory. WHAT WE OFFER • Clear processes and expectations • Supportive team • On‑the‑job training • Career development opportunities Responsibilities: • Maintain clean, organized work areas • Stack, move, and organize wheel/tire inventory • Pressure wash and clean wheels/tires daily • Inspect for cracks, bends, defects, and debris • Remove rocks, weight tape, and clean center caps/lug nuts • Dismount/install tires; balance assemblies (preferred) • Perform basic flat repairs • Prep products for photos (wipe-down, tire shine) • Move items into/out of the photography area • Assign SKUs and update inventory accurately • Band, pad, and package shipments • Check/install/scan TPMS sensors • Print and affix shipping labels • Monitor and restock supplies Qualifications: REQUIREMENTS • Lift 100 lbs regularly • Self‑motivated; works independently • Close attention to detail • Comfortable in a cold shop environment • Reliable, organized, punctual • Google Sheets familiarity is a plus Please complete the DISC+ assessment included with this posting — it helps us understand your work style and make sure this position is a strong match for you.
