CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comprehensive Daily Care: Personal care, hygiene, cognitive support, and overall wellness.
• Homemaking Support: Light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, hydration, and nutrition support.
• Transfer Assistance: Training provided for gait belts, walkers, wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts.
• Reliable Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Medication Reminders: Helping clients manage their medication schedules safely.
• Exercise & Mobility Support: Daily movement assistance and physical activity encouragement.
• Companionship: Building trusted relationships through conversation and presence.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Communicating changes in client well-being to appropriate supervisor, families, and care teams.

CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a reliable vehicle.
• Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Pass a background, motor vehicle, CAPS and reference check.
• Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
• Must receive flu shot annually.

CAREGIVER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Caregiving experience preferred, however no experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.
• Compassionate, dependable, and ready to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve during difficult situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Expected Hours: 20 - 40 per week.
