Job Description

Chief Leadership Officer 

The Chief Leadership Officer (CLO) will work closely with the owner/operator to ensure the vision is executed to the highest level. The President will focus on the growth and development of the Executive Committee. The CLO will act as a consultant for the business and guide the decisions of the executive leaders. The President holds responsibility for the store’s performance in every aspect. 

  • Oversees all operations and ensures stores overall success.
  • Steward all IPO/FCR categories.
  • Coach executive committee on areas of opportunity.
  • Meet weekly with the executive committee to ensure alignment for weekly goals, tasks and development opportunities.
  • Meet monthly with the executive committee to align goals, tasks and development opportunities. 
  • Conduct leadership development classes. 
  • Serve as an advisor to the executive committee. 
  • Aide in labor/productivity management
  • Aide in growth of sales
  • Aide in growth of CEM scores
  • Aide in cost management
  • Aide in food safety and Deloitte success
  • Provide ideas and feedback in all areas of the business. 
  • Ensure all K Arnold Inc. standards and policies are being upheld.
  • Address any high-level financial concerns.
  • Handle employee payroll.
  • Monitor and manage employee pay rates as needed.
  • Invest in staff development. 
  • Set weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals for the executive committee. 
  • Utilize the executive committee to communicate goals to leadership . 
  • Assist in hiring as necessary.
  • Coach and engage the executive committee on results and areas of opportunity.
