We are currently seeking a Lean & Industrial Professional to improve process operations in Large Power Transformer production. This role continuously initiates, develops, supports and coaches lean activities and process optimizations. Requires a strong commitment to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will drive kaizens and process optimization in collaboration with supervisors, process engineers and technicians across the areas. Join us in shaping a smarter, safer, and more efficient energy future. **Howyou'll make an impact** + Defining standard time and standard work for allprocesses under your responsibility. + Consulting operations staff, and accountablemanagement in lean topics, and drives lean opportunities performingkaizens in the defined area of responsibility. Evaluating costs/benefitsand oversees its' roll out. + Deploying lean standards, describing methods andprocesses and implementing VSM in coordination with process engineers andsupervisors. + Analyzing processes or disruptions, identifies weakpoints, develops solutions and supports implementation. + Monitoring and tracking improvement, triggered by Leanprograms, and provides respective reporting to all stakeholders. + Participating in work groups/projects, educatingsupervisors and technicians in lean concepts (lean academyimplementation), and moderating meetings and workshops. **WhatYou Bring** + **Education:** Bachelor's degreein industrial engineering. + **Experience:** Minimum 1 years' experience inmanufacturing processes. + **Technical Expertise:** Projectdevelopment, Times and Movements analysis, Core Tools, Kaizen and LeanManufacturing. + **Systems Knowledge:** Familiarity with Microsoft365 (Visio) & MindManager. + **Leadership & Soft Skills:** Communication,analysis, take decisions, teamwork, collaborative and results-driven . + **Culture & Mobility:** Adaptative culturewith willingness to travel occasionally and relocate for the position.
